Zoho Recruit Integration with JustCall

Overview

The JustCall and Zoho Recruit integration enables calling candidates directly through JustCall. All calling and messaging activities sync automatically with Recruit—calls appear in To-Dos and messages in Notes within candidate profiles. Users gain click-to-call and click-to-text buttons adjacent to phone numbers in Zoho Recruit.

Configuration Steps

On the JustCall Account

1. Login to your JustCall account
2. Navigate to integrations in the sidebar
3. Click the +Integrate button next to Zoho Recruit
4. Select your Zoho data center and click the Connect button
5. Choose a Recruit organisation and click Submit
6. Review the data use terms and click Accept
7. The integration now appears in your Active integrations list

Chrome Extension

Installing the JustCall Chrome extension enables calling directly from your browser without picking up your phone. The extension adds click-to-call and click-to-text buttons beside every phone number in Zoho Recruit accounts.
