Add personalized SMS and MMS to your ActiveCampaign automations. Use the native JustCall action to send texts for onboarding, reminders, confirmations, and drip campaigns without leaving ActiveCampaign.
Available on: Team plan or higher
What you need
- An active JustCall account
- The JustCall and ActiveCampaign integration connected
Set up the automation
- Log into ActiveCampaign.
- Go to Automations and click Create an automation.
- Select Start from Scratch and choose your trigger.
- Click the + icon to add an action.
- Search for and select "JustCall - Send SMS".
- Enter your JustCall API Key and API Secret, then click Connect.
- Configure the SMS template (see field reference below).
- Click Finish to save.
- Set the automation to Active.
SMS configuration fields

| To | Recipient phone number (use personalization variables for dynamic matching) |
| Body | Message content, up to 1,600 characters (personalization variables supported) |
| Country Code (optional) | ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code for international formatting |
| Media URLs (optional) | Up to 5 comma-separated public URLs for MMS; total size must not exceed 5 MB |
Manage multiple campaigns
Click Add new account in the JustCall action to switch between different JustCall accounts or manage multiple teams. The system delivers messages automatically and tracks replies across web, mobile, and desktop.
