Set Up Salesforce Integration with JustCall

Overview

Integrating Salesforce with JustCall enables unified management of calls, texts, and voicemails while automating communication logging and improving team collaboration.

Pre-requisites

  • API Access: Required and available with Enterprise, Unlimited, Developer, Performance, and Professional (add-on) Salesforce editions
  • API Enablement: Must be active for all users participating in the integration
  • Role Requirements: System Admin access in Salesforce and Manager/Account Owner status in JustCall
  • Version Compatibility: Works with Classic and Lightning (Lightning required for CTI functionality)
  • Plan Level: Available only on JustCall Pro & Business plans
  • Email Matching: Salesforce and JustCall accounts should share the same email address, or both platforms must be accessed in the same browser window

Installation Steps

Step 1: Install JustCall App on Salesforce

  1. Log into your Salesforce account
  2. Navigate to AppExchange and search for "JustCall" (or use direct link)
  3. Click the app listing and select Get It Now
  4. Choose Install in Production (sandbox testing also supported)
  5. Accept terms and conditions, then click Confirm and Install
  6. Select user installation preference and click Install
  7. Approve third-party access by clicking Continue
  8. Verify installation in Setup > Installed Packages

Note: Salesforce provides a 14-day trial period. Only 2 trial licenses available; contact support for additional licenses.

Step 2: Manage User Access

  1. Navigate to Setup > Installed Packages
  2. Click Manage Licenses for the JustCall.io package
  3. Add users as needed (only licensed users can integrate)

Step 3: Connect to JustCall

  1. Ensure you're logged into both Salesforce and your JustCall account in the same browser window
  2. Use Salesforce App Launcher to search for and open "JustCall"
  3. On the JustCall Setup page, click Connect
  4. Click Allow to authorize access and complete integration

Important Connection Notes

  • If already logged into a different JustCall account, integration connects to that account
  • Matching email prompts login if not already authenticated
  • New accounts without existing JustCall profiles automatically generate a 14-day trial account
