Log Calls and SMS in HighLevel
Overview
The HighLevel integration enables teams to automatically track and organize calls and SMS activities within their HighLevel account, ensuring all communications are logged and accessible for improved customer support and team collaboration.
Configuration Steps
How to Configure Workflow Settings
- From your Dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu
- Navigate to the My Active Integrations tab and locate HighLevel
- Click the Configure button on the HighLevel integration box
- You'll be redirected to the HighLevel settings page
- Click the Workflow Settings section
- Select your desired logging options from dropdown menus:
- Options available: Notes / Tasks / Disabled
Available Workflow Settings
Configure how JustCall logs these communication types:
- Log Outgoing Answered Calls As -- How answered outgoing calls are recorded
- Log Outgoing Unanswered Calls As -- How unanswered outgoing calls are recorded
- Log Incoming Answered Calls As -- How answered incoming calls are recorded
- Log Missed Calls As -- How missed calls are documented
- Log Voicemails As -- How voicemails are captured
- Log Incoming SMS As -- How incoming text messages are recorded
- Log Outgoing SMS As -- How outgoing text messages are stored
- Click Save Changes at the page bottom. Optionally apply settings across all team members by selecting the corresponding checkbox.
Accessing Integration Logs
- From Dashboard, navigate to Call Logs in the left sidebar
- Review your call activity overview on the Call Logs page
- Click a specific call entry to open the details pane
- Select the Integration Logs tab
- Scroll to find and select HighLevel to view related logs
Viewing Logged Communications in HighLevel
If Logged as Notes
- Log in to your HighLevel account
- Navigate to Contacts from the left menu
- Select the specific contact
- Scroll to the Notes section to view existing entries
If Logged as Tasks
- Log in to your HighLevel account
- Click Opportunities or Tasks in the left navigation panel
- View your team's task list
- Filter by due date, user, or status as needed
- Click individual tasks to view details or update status
