Call Outcomes Should Tag Contacts on Ontraport
Overview
The JustCall-Ontraport integration enables you to automatically tag Ontraport contacts based on disposition codes selected in JustCall. This feature creates a seamless connection between call outcomes and CRM tagging for enhanced automation workflows.
Prerequisites
Before configuring this feature, ensure you have:
- Connected your Ontraport account to JustCall
- Created disposition codes in JustCall
Activation Steps
To enable the feature, navigate to your integrations settings and locate the Ontraport integration. Click the gear icon adjacent to the Ontraport label and check the box for this setting.
Important Configuration Note
Ensure that tags in your Ontraport account match the names of your JustCall disposition codes exactly. The system will create new tags in Ontraport automatically if they don't already exist.
Creating Disposition Codes in JustCall
Follow these steps to add new disposition codes:
- Log into your JustCall account
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Locate the "Call Dispositions" section
- Click the '+' button under Call Disposition Codes to create a new entry
- Save your changes
How It Works
When you select a disposition code during a call in JustCall, the corresponding tag automatically applies to the contact record in Ontraport. This enables you to trigger additional automation workflows based on these tagged outcomes.
