Click to Call & Text Icons in Podio

Overview

This guide explains how to configure your Podio CRM's default calling method to enable click-to-call and text messaging icons next to phone numbers.

Steps to Enable Click-to-Call & Text Icons

  1. Access your CRM account by logging into Podio at podio.com/home

  2. Select the Sales Management workspace from the sidebar menu

  3. Open the Communications App from the top panel and select the headline to modify the calling method

  4. Access template settings by clicking the "Modify Template" option

  5. Locate the phone number field by scrolling down to find the 'just call number' field

  6. Set the call protocol to 'Tel' and click 'Done' to save your changes

  7. Refresh the page to view the newly enabled click-to-call and text icons adjacent to phone numbers
