Tag Keap (fka Infusionsoft) Contacts Based on Disposition Codes

Overview

The JustCall-Keap integration enables automatic tagging of your Keap contacts when you assign disposition codes during calls made through JustCall. This functionality requires prior setup of both your Keap connection and disposition codes.

Prerequisites

  • Connected Keap account with JustCall
  • Created disposition codes in your JustCall account

Setup Instructions

Step 1: Create Disposition Codes

  1. Log into your JustCall account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Scroll to the "Call Dispositions" section
  4. Click the '+' button under Call Disposition Codes to create a new code
  5. Click Save Changes

Step 2: Configure Integration Settings

  1. Go to the Integrations section
  2. Find Keap in your Active Integrations
  3. Click the configure button
  4. In Advanced settings, check the box labeled "Call outcomes should tag Keap contacts"

How It Works

When you select a disposition code in JustCall during a call, the corresponding tag automatically applies to that contact in Keap.

Important Notes

  • Plan requirement: This feature is only available on the Pro plan
  • Automation capability: Applied tags can trigger additional automations within Keap
