Configuring Keap Integration Settings

Overview

Once the Keap integration is successfully added to JustCall, you can configure several settings to enhance your customer communication process. The integration syncs customer data and tracks call activities directly within JustCall.

Accessing Keap Integration Settings

  1. From the Dashboard, select Integrations in the left-hand menu
  2. Navigate to the My Active Integrations tab and search for Keap
  3. Click the Configure button on the Keap integration box
  4. You'll be redirected to the settings page with four configuration sections
  5. Click Save Changes at the bottom; optionally apply settings across all team members

Note: This feature requires the Team plan or higher and works best on the JustCall Web Portal.

General Settings

JustCall AI Data Logging

(Requires Pro Plus plan or AI Review Assist add-on)

  • Log call transcription link
  • Log call summary
  • Log call analysis data (Pro Plus only)

Workflow Settings

Choose how each event is logged:

  • Disabled -- No logging
  • Notes -- Logged as contact notes
  • Open Tasks -- Pending tasks
  • Closed Tasks -- Completed tasks

Configure logging for:

  • Outgoing answered/unanswered calls
  • Incoming answered calls
  • Missed calls
  • Voicemails
  • Incoming/outgoing SMS

Connected Numbers

Select which phone numbers log activities in Keap:

  • Choose specific numbers or select all
  • Configure call logging and SMS logging separately
