Configuring Keap Integration Settings
Overview
Once the Keap integration is successfully added to JustCall, you can configure several settings to enhance your customer communication process. The integration syncs customer data and tracks call activities directly within JustCall.
Accessing Keap Integration Settings
- From the Dashboard, select Integrations in the left-hand menu
- Navigate to the My Active Integrations tab and search for Keap
- Click the Configure button on the Keap integration box
- You'll be redirected to the settings page with four configuration sections
- Click Save Changes at the bottom; optionally apply settings across all team members
Note: This feature requires the Team plan or higher and works best on the JustCall Web Portal.
General Settings
| Setting | Description |

| Create new contacts if not found in Keap | Automatically creates contacts for phone numbers not in your Keap address book |
| Create new contacts with phone numbers as names | Uses phone numbers as contact names when automatically creating contacts |
| Log IVR digit and message for calls | Records Interactive Voice Response keypresses during calls |
| Log transcripts for incoming voicemails | Auto-transcribes voicemails and logs text in Keap |
| Disable logging of call recording links | Prevents recording links in Keap activities for compliance |
| Create activities for scheduled calls | Logs scheduled calls as Keap activities |
| Create appointments via appointment scheduler | Adds scheduler calls to Keap as appointments |
JustCall AI Data Logging
(Requires Pro Plus plan or AI Review Assist add-on)
- Log call transcription link
- Log call summary
- Log call analysis data (Pro Plus only)
Workflow Settings
Choose how each event is logged:
- Disabled -- No logging
- Notes -- Logged as contact notes
- Open Tasks -- Pending tasks
- Closed Tasks -- Completed tasks
Configure logging for:
- Outgoing answered/unanswered calls
- Incoming answered calls
- Missed calls
- Voicemails
- Incoming/outgoing SMS
Connected Numbers
Select which phone numbers log activities in Keap:
- Choose specific numbers or select all
- Configure call logging and SMS logging separately
Advanced Settings
(Requires Pro plan or higher)

| Create contact as soon as call arrives | Instantly creates contacts for incoming calls |
| Group entire day's SMS under single note | Consolidates daily SMS conversations |
| Tag contacts in Keap | Enable activity-based tagging with custom tag names |
Tagging options include: incoming SMS, outgoing SMS, answered calls, unanswered calls, incoming calls, and voicemails.
