Set up the JustCall native dialer inside Copper

Embed the JustCall dialer directly inside Copper so your team can click any contact's number and start a call or text without switching tabs.

Available on: Copper Business plan required (embedded apps are not available on Copper Basic or Professional plans)

Set up the embedded dialer

1. Log in to your Copper account.
2. Go to Settings > Integrations.
3. Scroll to Embedded Apps and click Create an embedded app.
4. Fill in the configuration form:

5. Click Save.

Start using the dialer

Once saved, a JustCall icon appears on the Copper action bar. Click any contact's phone number to open the dialer with the number prefilled. You can call or text directly from this panel.
