Connect JustCall to Help Scout
Connecting JustCall to Help Scout lets you make and receive calls through JustCall while every interaction -- inbound, outbound, and missed -- logs automatically as a conversation in Help Scout. No manual entry required.
Available on: Team plan or higher
Before you start
- You need an active Help Scout account.
- Each team member must connect their own Help Scout account to JustCall individually.
Connect the integration
- From the JustCall Dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu.
- Open the CRM and Helpdesk Tools tab and search for Help Scout.
- Click +Integrate on the Help Scout card.
- You will be redirected to Help Scout. Log in if prompted.
- Click Authorize to grant JustCall access.
- Select your preferred Help Scout mailbox from the dropdown.
- Click Connect to finish.
A confirmation message confirms the integration is active.
What happens next
Once connected, you can configure four settings areas to control how JustCall and Help Scout work together:

Open the Configure button on the Help Scout card under My Active Integrations to access these sections.
