Log Calls in Re:amaze

Overview

You can monitor where your calls are logged in Reamaze by accessing Integration logs. This feature helps you track specific calls within the platform.

Steps to Find Logged Calls

  1. Access Call Logs: Navigate to the Call Logs section and select the specific call you want to review to open its information window.

  2. Expand Integration Logs: Click on the 'Integration logs' option to display the Reamaze integration log details.

What You'll See

Under the Integration logs section, you can determine whether your call was successfully logged into Reamaze.

  • Successful Logs: A direct link appears that redirects you to your Reamaze account where the call is stored.
  • Failed Logs: If no integration log appears, an error message will explain why the call wasn't logged. This usually happens when your JustCall account is not integrated with the respective CRM.
