Onpipeline Integration with JustCall

Overview

The JustCall-Onpipeline integration enables calling contacts directly from your Onpipeline account. All calling activities synchronize automatically and log as activities in the Tel section against contacts.

Setup Instructions

Step 1: Obtain API Credentials

1. Log into JustCall
2. Navigate to JustCall Account settings
3. Copy your API Key and Secret

Note: API credentials are available only on the Premium plan.

Step 2: Configure Onpipeline

1. Open the Onpipeline JustCall settings page
2. Paste the API Key and Secret from Step 1
3. Integration is complete

Important: If a team member has already integrated, you don't need to repeat these steps.

Call Logging

The system logs calls with these details:

• Agent name
• Call duration
• Notes
• JustCall number
• Call recording access

Limitation: Disposition codes and SMS activity don't log to Onpipeline currently, but future updates will address this.

Making Calls from Onpipeline

Configuration

1. Open Onpipeline account settings
2. Select "Company Settings" from the left menu
3. Paste justcall:// into the "Phone link prefix" field

When you click any number in Onpipeline, it opens the JustCall desktop app.

Download the JustCall Desktop app to use this feature.
