Integrate Re:amaze CRM with JustCall

Overview

To connect your Reamaze CRM account with JustCall, you'll need three credentials: an API Token, brand name, and login email.

Steps in Reamaze CRM

Get Your API Token

1. Log into your Reamaze CRM account
2. Navigate to Settings by clicking the Settings icon in the sidebar
3. Select the "API Token" section from the secondary sidebar
4. Copy your API token from this location

Get Your Brand Name

1. Access Settings via the Settings icon in the sidebar
2. Click on "Account IDs and Secret" in the secondary sidebar
3. Locate your brand name in this section

Steps in JustCall

1. Log into your JustCall account
2. Go to the sidebar and click on Integrations
3. Find Reamaze CRM and select the Integrate button
4. A popup will appear requesting your login email, API token, and brand name
5. Enter all three credentials in the designated fields
6. Click Save

Upon successful completion, you'll receive a confirmation notification indicating the integration is active.
