Connect Bullhorn to JustCall for synced recruiting calls

Connect JustCall to Bullhorn so your recruiting team can call candidates directly, log every interaction automatically, and import candidate lists into Sales Dialer for outbound campaigns.
Available on: Team, Pro, and Business plans
Before you start
- Each team member must connect their own Bullhorn account to JustCall individually.
- Settings apply only to the user who configures them.
- Admins can see which team members have connected in the Team Active Integrations section.
Connect your Bullhorn account
- Log in to JustCall and go to Integrations.
- Search for Bullhorn under CRM and Helpdesk Tools.
- Click Integrate.
- Select your Bullhorn Account Data Center from the dropdown. If you are unsure which data center to choose, find your cluster ID in Bullhorn and match it using Bullhorn's official documentation.
- Select your Cluster ID.
- Enter your Bullhorn login name or user ID. To find your user ID, open your Bullhorn profile, click Preferences, and check the first field.
- Click Integrate and log in to Bullhorn if prompted.
The integration appears under My Active Integrations when complete.
Set up candidate import for Sales Dialer
This one-time setup lets your team import candidate lists from Bullhorn into Sales Dialer.
- In Bullhorn, go to Menu > Admin > View Layout.
- Select your Private Label.
- Under Field Map Entity, select Candidate.
- Open Custom Menu Actions and enter:

- Click Save.
Candidate import currently supports the Candidate entity only. Contact JustCall support if you need to import Contacts or other entities.
Next steps
After setup, configure your General, Workflow, and Connected Numbers settings to control how calls and texts are logged. Each team member manages their own settings.
