Create Asana tasks automatically when calls end in JustCall

Turn every completed call into an Asana task without manual data entry. When a call ends in JustCall, Zapier creates a task in your chosen Asana workspace with the call details.

How it works

1. A call ends in JustCall.
2. A new task is automatically created in your Asana workspace or organization.

Set up the Zap

The pre-built Zap comes with the trigger and action already configured:

1. Trigger is set to Call Ended in JustCall.
2. Action is set to Create Task in Asana.
3. Select the Workspace/Organization where you want call details logged as tasks.

No coding is required.

Connect JustCall to Zapier

1. Log in to your Zapier account or create one.
2. Navigate to the JustCall page on Zapier.
3. Authenticate with your JustCall credentials.
4. Use pre-made Zaps or the Zap Editor to build your automation.

Once active, every completed call in JustCall will appear as a task in Asana.
