Configure My Kustomer Integration

Overview

The JustCall-Kustomer integration enables calling customers and prospects through JustCall while syncing all calling activity with Kustomer. Conversations are created against customers on Kustomer whenever there is an incoming call from a customer or an outbound call from a Kustomer agent. Text messages are also logged in the system.

Configuration Steps

In Kustomer:

  1. Login to your Kustomer portal
  2. Access Settings — Click your avatar (bottom-left corner) and select "Settings"
  3. Find API Keys — Locate "API keys" in the sidebar and click it
  4. Generate New Key — Click the "New API key" button
  5. Configure API Key — Enter details and add all required roles as shown in the setup guide
  6. Copy Key — Save the API key to your clipboard for the next steps

In JustCall:

  1. Login to your JustCall account
  2. Navigate to Integrations — Click "Integrations" in the sidebar
  3. Find Kustomer — Locate Kustomer in the integration list and click "+ Integrate"
  4. Paste API Key — Enter your copied API key in the dialog box
  5. Save — Click "Save" to complete the setup

Results

Once connected, for every call that you make or receive on JustCall, a conversation will be created against your customers. Inbound and outbound text messages are automatically logged in Kustomer.
