Tag ActiveCampaign contacts by call outcome
Turn call outcomes into actionable tags. When your team selects a disposition code after a call in JustCall, the matching tag is automatically applied to the contact in ActiveCampaign. Use those tags to trigger follow-up workflows and analyze performance.

How it works
When "Call outcomes should tag contacts on ActiveCampaign" is enabled, JustCall applies a tag to the contact based on the disposition code selected after a call. If the tag does not exist in ActiveCampaign, JustCall creates it automatically.
Set up call outcome tagging
Step 1: Configure disposition codes
Set up call disposition codes in JustCall first. Go to your account settings to define the codes your team will use.
Step 2: Enable call outcome tagging
- Go to Integrations from your dashboard.
- Open the My Active Integrations tab and find ActiveCampaign.
- Click Configure.
- Open the Advanced Settings section.
- Toggle on "Call outcomes should tag contacts on ActiveCampaign."
- Click Save Changes.
Optionally apply settings across all team members.

Important notes
- Use the JustCall web portal for configuration. Mobile and desktop apps do not support this feature.
