Connect JustCall to Less Annoying CRM

The integration between JustCall and Less Annoying CRM is accessible to all team members within a JustCall account.

Pre-requisites

• Your account must be on JustCall's Team plan or higher
• Each team member needs to complete integration individually for calls and SMS to sync to the CRM
• API access must be enabled in your Less Annoying CRM account

Steps to Integrate

From Less Annoying CRM:

1. Log into your Less Annoying CRM account
2. Navigate to Settings > Programmer API
3. Copy your "User Code"
4. Create a new API key if you don't have active keys
5. Provide a nickname and verify all 4 permissions are enabled
6. Copy the generated API key

From JustCall:

1. Log into your JustCall account
2. Go to Integrations and find Less Annoying CRM under CRM and Helpdesk tools
3. Click the "+Integrate" button
4. Enter the User Code and API key from the previous steps in the pop-up
5. Click Save

Upon successful completion, you'll receive confirmation: "Integration connected successfully" and your account will appear under "My active integrations".
