Set Up Plecto Integration with JustCall

Overview

Plecto, a business performance platform, integrates with JustCall to automate analytics of call and SMS data. The integration syncs communication data from JustCall into Plecto periodically, enabling report generation and dashboard creation for real-time KPI tracking.

Setup Steps

Step 1: Gather JustCall API Credentials

Log into your JustCall account and select the profile icon. Navigate to "APIs and Webhooks" and copy your API Key and Secret from the credentials page.

Step 2: Access Plecto Data Management

Log into Plecto and go to Data Management. From the Data Sources page, click "+New Data Source" and select JustCall.

Step 3: Enter API Credentials

Paste the API Key and Secret you copied from JustCall into the corresponding fields.

Step 4: Select Data Objects

Click "Next" and choose which data to import from these options:

  • JustCall Calls
  • Sales Dialer Calls
  • Texts

Step 5: Choose Specific Fields

Select the particular fields you wish to import from the available list.

Step 6: Configure Import Settings

Choose the start date for data import and set how long the data should be retained in Plecto. Click "Import" to complete the process.

Step 7: Utilize the Data

Build dashboards with widgets displaying important metrics alongside KPIs from other sources like Marketing and CRM tools. Set up automated daily reports to track team performance.

Important Notes

  • Data Retention: Data for the last 3 months can be imported via the integration. For complete historical data export, contact help@justcall.io.
  • API Version: This integration uses JustCall's new API version. Contact support teams for additional data objects beyond those listed above.
