Track and Generate Reports Based on Call Types in HubSpot
Overview
This feature enables seamless synchronization of JustCall call dispositions with HubSpot call types for streamlined reporting and analysis. The setup allows businesses to accurately categorize and log customer interactions.
Feature Requirements:
- Pro plan or higher
- JustCall Web Portal access (not available on mobile/desktop apps)
Step 1: Enable Call and Meeting Types in HubSpot
Configure call and meeting types within your HubSpot account. Reference HubSpot's documentation on creating and using call and meeting types for detailed instructions.
Step 2: Set Up Disposition Codes
Configure disposition codes in JustCall following the guide "How to Set Up Call Disposition Codes."
Important Note: The disposition code options in JustCall must match the call and meeting type options defined in HubSpot exactly.
Step 3: Enable Call Type Tracking
Configuration Steps:
- Navigate to Dashboard > Integrations from the left menu
- Go to the My Active Integrations tab and locate HubSpot
- Click the Configure button on the HubSpot integration box
- Access the HubSpot Integration Settings page
- Click the Advanced Settings section
- Toggle on the option: "Track and generate reports basis call types in HubSpot"
- Click Save Changes at the bottom
- Optionally select the checkbox to apply settings across all team members before saving
Result
Once enabled, JustCall disposition codes automatically sync to HubSpot as call types. These categorized call types can be used to generate native HubSpot reports for analysis and performance tracking.
