Connect EngageBay to JustCall so your call and text history syncs automatically, contacts stay in sync, and your team can reach customers directly from EngageBay.
Available on: Team plan or higher
Connect the integration from JustCall
- Log in to JustCall and go to Integrations.
- Search for EngageBay under CRM and Helpdesk Tools, then click Integrate.
- Enter the email address associated with your EngageBay account.
- In a new tab, log in to EngageBay. Click your profile icon (top right) and select Account Settings.
- Go to API and Tracking Code and copy the REST API Key.
- Return to JustCall and paste the API key into the API Token field.
- Click Save.
You should see "Integration Connected Successfully."
If you are a standard EngageBay user (not an admin), request the REST API key from your EngageBay administrator before starting.
