Connect EngageBay to JustCall so your call and text history syncs automatically, contacts stay in sync, and your team can reach customers directly from EngageBay.

Available on: Team plan or higher


Connect the integration from JustCall

  1. Log in to JustCall and go to Integrations.
  2. Search for EngageBay under CRM and Helpdesk Tools, then click Integrate.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your EngageBay account.
  4. In a new tab, log in to EngageBay. Click your profile icon (top right) and select Account Settings.
  5. Go to API and Tracking Code and copy the REST API Key.
  6. Return to JustCall and paste the API key into the API Token field.
  7. Click Save.

You should see "Integration Connected Successfully."

If you are a standard EngageBay user (not an admin), request the REST API key from your EngageBay administrator before starting.
