Connect JustCall to HighLevel
Overview
The JustCall and HighLevel integration enables seamless communication by allowing users to call and message contacts directly through JustCall. All call and text activities automatically sync with HighLevel as contact activities. The integration also provides click-to-call and click-to-message buttons next to HighLevel contacts.
Prerequisites
- An active HighLevel account
Integration Steps
For Account Owners and Admins:
- Navigate to Dashboard -> Integrations
- Go to the CRM and Helpdesk Tools tab and search for HighLevel
- Click the +Integrate button
- Enter your HighLevel credentials:
- Username: Your HighLevel email address
- Domain: Your company's domain
- Click Integrate
- On the Install Confirmation page, click Next
- Select a sub-account (not an Agency account) to complete integration
For Team Members:
- Select the already-integrated account from the dropdown
- Enter your email address to complete the connection
Post-Integration
Team members with matching email addresses in JustCall and HighLevel are automatically mapped. Others can be manually assigned via dropdown menu.
Click-to-Call and Text Buttons
- Install JustCall's Chrome extension to enable these features
- Buttons appear by default on app.gohighlevel.com
- Custom domain setups require contacting support
Troubleshooting
Account Details Not Found:
- Ensure you're selecting a sub-account, not an Agency account
- JustCall only supports sub-account level integrations
User Details Not Found:
- View access alone is insufficient; you must be explicitly added as a user to the sub-account
- Verify in Agency account Settings -> Team under User Roles, or log into the sub-account and check Settings -> My Staff
Email Address Mismatch:
- Ensure your integration email matches your HighLevel login credentials
