Connect Copper CRM to JustCall so every call is recorded as an activity, every text is documented, and your team can dial directly from Copper without switching apps.

Available on: Team plan or higher


Connect the integration

  1. Log in to your JustCall account.
  2. Go to Integrations in the sidebar.
  3. Search for Copper under All Integrations and click Integrate.
  4. Enter the email address associated with your Copper account.
  5. Click Integrate.
  6. Review the permissions on the Copper authorization page.
  7. Click Authorize to grant JustCall access.
  8. Confirm the "Integration connected successfully" message.

Each team member, manager, and admin must complete this process individually using their own Copper credentials.


Set up calling from the Copper mobile app

  1. Download the JustCall mobile app and sign in.
  2. Open the Copper mobile app and go to Settings.
  3. Select Phone from the settings menu.
  4. Choose JustCall as your phone preference.

Outbound calls from Copper now route through JustCall's dialer. Incoming calls on JustCall display Copper contact details through the Contact Badge feature.


Add the Chrome extension

Install the JustCall Chrome extension for click-to-call and click-to-text directly from your browser. No need to pick up a phone or switch tabs.
