Overview
This feature automatically logs calls scheduled through the Appointment Scheduler section as events in Salesforce, capturing all relevant event details including subject, contact information, description, and date.
Setup Instructions
Follow these simple steps to enable the feature:
- Navigate to Integrations: Head to the Integrations section in your JustCall account
- Access Configuration: Click the Configure button
- Enable the Setting: Activate the option labeled "Create events for calls scheduled via Appointment Scheduler"
How It Works
Once enabled, the system will automatically generate a Salesforce event each time you schedule a call via Appointment Scheduler. The logged event includes comprehensive details such as:
- Event subject line
- Contact details
- Event description
- Date and time information
