Set up JustCall CTI in Salesforce
Overview
The JustCall-Salesforce integration enables calling and texting contacts directly from your Salesforce account using JustCall CTI. Before proceeding, ensure you have installed the JustCall app from the Salesforce AppExchange.
Setup Steps
1. Access Salesforce Setup
- Log into your Salesforce account
- Click Setup under Settings in the top-right corner
2. Configure Call Centers
- In the Quick Find search bar, search for "Call Centers"
- Open the Call Centers setup page
- Click on the "JustCall CTI" option
3. Add Users
- Select "Manage Call Center Users"
- Click "Add More Users"
- Use the Find button to locate users
- Click "Add to Call Center" to authorize them for JustCall CTI access
4. Configure App Manager
- Search for "App Manager" in the Quick Find bar
- Open the Lightning Experience App Manager
- Locate "Sales" or your designated app for managing leads and contacts
- Click Edit in the dropdown menu
5. Add Utility Item
- Under App Settings, select "Utility Items (Desktop Only)"
- Click "Add Utility Item"
- Search for and select "Open CTI Softphone"
6. Configure CTI Parameters
- Label: Enter a preferred name (example: "JustCall Dialer")
- Panel Width: 350 (suggested)
- Panel Height: 650 (suggested)
- Keep "Start automatically" selected
- Click Save
Result
Upon completing these steps, the JustCall CTI softphone becomes available within your Salesforce interface for making calls and sending messages to contacts.
