Log Your Calls on Intercom

Overview

You can track where calls are logged in Intercom using the Integration logs feature within JustCall.

Steps to Find a Call Logged on Intercom

  1. Access Call Logs: Navigate to the Call Logs section and select the specific call you want to review to open the call information window.

  2. View Integration Logs: Click on 'Integration logs' to expand the Intercom integration logs section.

  3. Access Intercom: A link in this section will redirect you to your Intercom account where the call has been logged.

Error Messages

If the integration log doesn't appear, you may see an error message explaining why the call wasn't logged. This typically occurs when your JustCall account lacks proper integration with the CRM system.
