Overview

This feature enables automatic logging of appointments in Keap for calls booked through JustCall's Appointment Scheduler. The functionality applies specifically to appointments, not scheduled calls.

How to Enable

Follow these straightforward steps:

  1. Navigate to Integrations: Access the Integrations section and locate the Keap integration option.

  2. Open Settings: Click the configure button next to the Keap label to access the Settings page.

  3. Enable the Feature: Under General Settings, toggle on the option labeled "Create appointments for calls scheduled via Appointment Scheduler."

What Gets Logged

Once enabled, JustCall automatically creates appointments in your Keap account containing:

  • Event subject line
  • Contact information
  • Event description
  • Date and time details
  • Additional event-related information
