Log scheduled calls to Freshsales
Keep Freshsales up to date by automatically logging scheduled calls as tasks. Whether you schedule a call through the JustCall dialer, the appointment scheduler, or a public calendar link, the call shows up in Freshsales.
Available on: Team plan or higher
Enable scheduled call logging
- Go to Integrations in your JustCall account.
- Find Freshsales and click Configure.
- Under General Settings, turn on the options you need:

| Create an activity for scheduled calls | Calls scheduled through the JustCall calendar public link |
| Create tasks for calls scheduled via the appointment scheduler | Calls scheduled through the JustCall dialer or manually from the appointment scheduler |
- Click Save.
How it works
After you enable these settings, every scheduled call appears as a task in the corresponding Freshsales contact record. Your team sees upcoming calls without switching between tools.
