Send text messages from Front

Send and receive texts through your Front inbox using a JustCall number. Every conversation logs automatically so your team has full message history in one place.

Available on: Team plan or higher

Before you start

Your Front inbox must be integrated with JustCall. Set up Front channels first if you have not done so already.

Link a JustCall number to your Front channel

1. Click the Settings icon next to your Front integration.
2. In the dialog, choose which JustCall number to link to this Front channel.
3. Click Save. A confirmation message appears.

All texts composed from this Front channel will send from the JustCall number you selected.

Send a text from Front

1. Compose a new message in Front.
2. Your linked JustCall number appears in the From field.
3. Type your message and send it to a contact or valid phone number.

Front creates a new conversation for the exchange. All incoming and outgoing texts with that contact appear in the same thread. Reply to incoming messages directly from the conversation.
