Run Bulk SMS Campaigns on HubSpot Contact Lists

Step 1: Export Your Contact List from HubSpot

To begin, you'll need to export the list of contacts from your HubSpot CRM:

1. Navigate to Contacts Log into your HubSpot account and go to CRM > Contacts.

2. Select a View or Filter Choose the contact list you want to export. You can use an existing view or create a new one by applying filters.

3. Initiate Export Click on the "Table actions" dropdown or the "Export" button (depending on your HubSpot version), then select "Export view".

4. Choose File Format In the export window, select ".CSV" as the file format.

5. Select Properties Choose to export either all contact properties or only those visible in your current view.

6. Confirm & Export Click "Export" to begin the process.

7. Download the File HubSpot will email you a download link. Click the link to download your CSV file.

Step 2: Upload CSV and Send Bulk SMS from JustCall

Now that you have your CSV file ready, it's time to upload it to JustCall and run your bulk SMS campaign.
