Exploring JustCall Dialer Options in Pipedrive CRM

Overview

JustCall offers multiple dialing options for Pipedrive CRM users, including the Native Dialer, Chrome Extension, and Desktop Dialer. This guide covers configuration steps for each option.

Advantages of the JustCall Native Dialer

Efficient Outgoing Calls: Clicking a contact's phone number automatically populates it in the dialer, enabling seamless calls while browsing contact and deal details.

Convenient Incoming Calls: The dialer opens automatically for incoming calls, displaying the caller's profile via JustCall's contact badge for easy access to associated deals.

Streamlined SMS Notifications: Users receive notifications on the JustCall app icon for incoming SMS messages.

Configuring the Native Dialer

  1. After integrating JustCall with Pipedrive, click the Profile icon and select "Tools and apps"
  2. Navigate to the "Phone calls" tab
  3. Select JustCall as the Default Calling app and save settings

When clicking a number in Pipedrive, the native dialer opens with the number pre-populated.

Configuring the Chrome Extension

  1. Download the JustCall Chrome Extension
  2. Right-click the extension and select Options
  3. Enable "Allow JustCall to add click to call/text icons wherever possible"
  4. In the JustCall App, enable Chrome Extension in Settings > Receive Incoming Calls
  5. Go to Integrations and configure the Pipedrive integration by enabling "Disable incoming calls on JustCall dialer within Pipedrive"
  6. In Pipedrive's Tools and apps > Phone calls > Personal tab, select Custom
  7. Configure "justcall:[number]" as a custom schema
  8. Reload Pipedrive tabs for changes to take effect

Configuring the Desktop App

  1. In JustCall Settings > Receive Incoming Calls, enable the Desktop App option
  2. Navigate to Dialer Settings and enable "Open desktop apps via your CRM"
  3. Configure Pipedrive integration to disable incoming calls on JustCall dialer within Pipedrive
  4. In Pipedrive's Tools and Integrations > Caller section, select Custom
  5. Configure "justcall:[number]" as a custom schema and save
  6. Reload Pipedrive tabs for the configuration to work
