Log Calls and Texts Against Deals in HubSpot
Overview
This feature enables automatic logging of JustCall calls and SMS messages directly to deals linked with HubSpot contacts or companies, maintaining visibility across your sales pipeline.
Important Notes:
- Available only with Team Plan or higher
- Use JustCall Web Portal for configuration (not supported on mobile/desktop apps)
- JustCall does not create new deals — it logs to existing deals only
What This Feature Does
Once enabled, the system automatically logs calls and SMS against all associated deals for a contact or company. This applies only to existing deals linked to those records.

Enabling the Feature
- From Dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu
- Navigate to My Active Integrations tab
- Search for and locate HubSpot integration
- Click the Configure button
- Find the option: "Log calls and texts against deals associated with contacts or companies"
- Toggle the setting on
- Click Save Changes (optionally apply across all team members)
Accessing Logged Communications in HubSpot
- Log into HubSpot account
- Navigate to CRM > Deals
- Select the desired deal
- Scroll to the Activity timeline
- View all automatically logged calls and texts from JustCall
