Configure Zoho Desk Phone Integration
Overview
This guide walks through integrating your Zoho Desk account with JustCall to enable calling and messaging capabilities within your help desk platform.
Initial Integration Steps

Access JustCall: Log into your JustCall account and navigate to the Integrations section from the sidebar.

Find Zoho Desk: Search for "Zoho Desk" in the integration search bar.

Grant Permissions: Review the permissions screen and click "Allow" to enable JustCall access to your Zoho Desk data.

Select Organization: Choose your organization from the dropdown menu and click "Connect."

Confirmation: Your Zoho Desk account is now integrated. You can immediately begin making calls and sending messages, or explore Add-ons and Configuration settings.
Configuration Settings
After integration, locate Zoho Desk in "My Active Integrations" and select the configure button to access these options:
Available Configuration Options

Auto-create Contacts: Choose whether to automatically generate new customer records for incoming numbers not already in your system.

Two-Way Sync: Enable synchronization so that contact changes made in JustCall reflect back to your Zoho Desk account. All help desk contacts sync to JustCall by default.

Activity Logging: Select how calling and messaging activities are recorded -- either as new tickets or attached to existing ones.
Finalizing Setup
Choose your preferred settings and save your configuration.
