Map team members to Attio so their activity logs correctly

Map your JustCall team members to their Attio accounts so every call and text logs under the right person. Admins and account owners can map the entire team at once instead of having each person connect individually.

Available on: Team plan or higher (JustCall Web Portal only)


Map JustCall users to Attio users

  1. Go to Dashboard > Integrations from the left menu.
  2. Open the My Active Integrations tab and find Attio.
  3. Click Configure.
  4. In the Map Users section, JustCall users appear on the left and Attio users on the right.
  5. Use the dropdown next to each name to select the matching Attio user. Leave as Pending if you are not ready to map them yet.
  6. Use Search or Show Unmapped Users to filter the list.
  7. Click Save Changes. Optionally check the box to apply settings across all team members.

Important

If the admin who originally authorized the JustCall-Attio connection is removed from either platform, the integration stops working for all team members. Make sure the authorizing admin remains active on both JustCall and Attio.
