Overview

This feature consolidates incoming and outgoing text messages with a contact into one single activity per day, rather than creating separate activities for each message exchange.

How It Works

Default Behavior: JustCall typically logs separate activities for every message exchanged in Pipedrive.

With Grouping Enabled: New SMS conversations occurring within a single day—both incoming and outgoing—get grouped under one unified activity. When messages are sent or received on the following day, they begin a new activity.

Message Display: The latest message appears at the top. Incoming messages originate from the contact; outgoing messages come from the agent.

Activity Status Option: You can designate whether the grouped activity should be logged as open or closed.
