Connect JustCall to Ontraport
Overview
The JustCall and Ontraport integration enables seamless communication by allowing you to call and message your contacts directly through JustCall. All calls and texts are automatically synced with Ontraport, ensuring that every interaction—whether an incoming message or an outbound call—is logged as a note against the respective contact. Additionally, the integration provides convenient click-to-call and click-to-message buttons next to your contacts in Ontraport for effortless engagement.
Integration Access Notice
This feature is only available with the Team plan or higher.
Prerequisites
- An active Ontraport account
- You must be an Admin to access the APP ID and API Key in Ontraport. Follow these steps:
- Click on the profile icon then go to Administration
- From the left menu, click on INTEGRATIONS
- Select Ontraport API Instructions and Key Manager option to manage API keys
- Copy your existing APP ID and API Key, or create a new one
Integration Steps

Access Integrations: From the Dashboard, select the Integrations option in the left-hand menu bar.

Find Ontraport: On the Integrations page, navigate to the CRM and Helpdesk Tools tab and search for Ontraport.

Click Integrate: Click the +Integrate button in the left corner of the Ontraport integration box.

Connect Account: In the "Connect your Ontraport Account with JustCall" dialog box, Account Owners, Admins, and Team Members must individually connect their Ontraport account. A single JustCall account can support multiple Ontraport integrations.
Enter the following fields:
- Api-Appid: Your Ontraport account's APP ID
- API-Key: The API key associated with the APP ID
- Email: The email address for your Ontraport account

Save: Click the Save button at the bottom of the dialog box.

Confirmation: Once complete, a confirmation message will appear confirming successful integration.
