Connect JustCall with ActiveCampaign to call and text contacts directly from your CRM. Every conversation gets logged automatically, so your team never loses context.

Available on: Team plan or higher


What you need

  • An active ActiveCampaign account
  • Access to the JustCall web portal at app.justcall.io (mobile and desktop apps do not support this setup)

Step 1: Get your ActiveCampaign API credentials

  1. Log into ActiveCampaign.
  2. Click the gear icon in the bottom-left corner to open Settings.
  3. Select Developer from the left menu.
  4. Copy both values from the Developer page:
    • API Access URL (looks like https://youraccountname.api-us1.com)
    • API Key (alphanumeric string)

Step 2: Connect the integration in JustCall

  1. Go to Integrations from your JustCall dashboard.
  2. Open the CRM and Helpdesk Tools tab.
  3. Search for ActiveCampaign and select it.
  4. Click +Integrate.
  5. Enter your ActiveCampaign URL and API Token in the connection dialog.
  6. Confirm when the success message appears.

Each Account Owner, Admin, and Team Member must authenticate independently with their own credentials.


What happens after you connect

Once connected, your team gets:

  • Click-to-call and click-to-text from ActiveCampaign contact records
  • Automatic logging of all calls and messages as notes in ActiveCampaign
  • Access to configure advanced features like deal logging, contact creation, and AI data sync
