Configure Attio integration settings to control call and SMS logging

After connecting JustCall to Attio, configure your integration settings to control how data flows between the two platforms. You can map users, set logging rules, define workflows, and choose which phone numbers sync activity.
Available on: Team plan or higher (JustCall Web Portal only)
Access your Attio settings
- Go to Dashboard > Integrations from the left menu.
- Open the My Active Integrations tab and find Attio.
- Click Configure.
- Adjust settings across four tabs: Map Users, General Settings, Workflow Settings, and Connected Numbers.
- Click Save Changes at the bottom. Optionally check the box to apply settings to all team members.
Map Users
Align each JustCall user with their Attio counterpart so calls and texts log to the right person.
- Users with matching email addresses map automatically.
- Use the dropdown to manually match users with different email addresses.
- Filter the list with Search or Show Unmapped Users.
- Only mapped users get calls and SMS logged in Attio.
New team members map automatically when a matching Attio user exists.
General Settings

Workflow Settings
Choose how each communication type is recorded in Attio:

Connected Numbers
Select which JustCall phone numbers sync activity with Attio:

Use Select All to enable logging for every number, or check individual numbers.
