Bigin Integration with JustCall

Overview

The JustCall and Bigin integration enables calling and messaging directly from your Bigin account. This integration provides click-to-call and click-to-text buttons next to contact phone numbers. All communication activity syncs with Bigin, with calls logged as Activities and messages logged as Notes.

Setup Steps

1. Login to your JustCall account
2. Navigate to integrations in the sidebar
3. Search for "Bigin" in the search bar
4. Click the +Integrate button
5. Sign in to your Bigin account when prompted
6. Click Accept to authorize JustCall access with the requested permissions

Once completed, the integration appears in your Active integrations list.

Chrome Extension

For enhanced functionality, install the JustCall Chrome extension to access calling features directly from your browser without using your phone. The extension adds click-to-call and click-to-text buttons next to every phone number in Bigin.

Note on Call Recording

Recording of the calls happens by default. However, you can disable it by following the steps mentioned in the relevant help article.
