Send a text message to customers after a ClickFunnels purchase

Automatically send a personalized text message to customers the moment they complete a purchase in ClickFunnels. A Zapier automation connects ClickFunnels to JustCall so every successful purchase triggers an SMS confirmation.

Available on: Team plan or higher


How it works

  1. A customer completes a purchase on your ClickFunnels funnel.
  2. JustCall sends a text message to the customer automatically.

Set up the Zap

The pre-built Zap comes with the trigger and action already configured:

  1. Trigger is set to New purchases in ClickFunnels.
  2. Test the trigger to confirm it pulls the correct purchase data.
  3. Action is set to Send a Text Message in JustCall. Select the sending number and customize the message using available fields (customer name, email, etc.).
  4. Test the action to verify the message sends correctly.

Once active, every new purchase triggers an SMS automatically.


Connect JustCall to Zapier

  1. Log in to your Zapier account or create one.
  2. Navigate to the JustCall page on Zapier.
  3. Authenticate with your JustCall credentials.
  4. Use pre-made Zaps or the Zap Editor to build your automation.
