Get your scheduled calls logged in Zoho

Overview

This feature enables automatic logging of scheduled calls as open activities in Zoho CRM. When you schedule calls through JustCall's dialer, Auto dialer, or Appointment scheduler, they're recorded in your Zoho account.

Setup Instructions

Enable the Feature

  1. Navigate to the Integrations section in your JustCall account
  2. Locate the Zoho tab
  3. Click the gear icon to access advanced settings
  4. Enable the option to log scheduled calls (as shown in the integration settings)

Scheduling Methods

Method 1: During an Active Call

  • Complete your call using the JustCall dialer
  • Select the "Schedule Follow up Call" button
  • The call will automatically log to Zoho as an open activity

Method 2: Manual Scheduling

  • Access the Scheduled Calls section directly
  • Create a new scheduled call entry
  • Details will sync to your Zoho account

Public Scheduling Links: Share appointment scheduler links with customers to book calls directly, which automatically log to Zoho.

Calendar Integration: Use JustCall's Appointment scheduler to:

  • Create public calendars
  • Set available time slots
  • Share with team members
  • Sync with Google Calendar
