Track and Generate Reports for Missed Calls and Voicemails in HubSpot

Feature Access & Requirements

This capability requires a Pro plan or higher. Configuration must be done through the JustCall Web Portal, as mobile and desktop apps don't support HubSpot configuration.

Overview

The integration automatically updates a custom HubSpot property called Last Missed Call (JC) whenever a call is missed or voicemail received. Once you return the call, the property clears automatically.

Key Capabilities

  • Filter contacts based on missed communications
  • Generate custom reports tracking communication gaps
  • Maintain real-time visibility of follow-up needs

How the Feature Works

  1. Event Logging - JustCall updates the Last Missed Call (JC) property with the date when a call is missed or voicemail arrives
  2. Contact Filtering - Use this property to filter contacts by date ranges for follow-up lists
  3. Automatic Reset - The property clears when the missed call is returned

Enabling the Feature

  1. Navigate to Integrations from your Dashboard
  2. Go to My Active Integrations and locate HubSpot
  3. Click the Configure button
  4. Access the HubSpot Integration Settings page
  5. Expand Advanced Settings
  6. Toggle on "Track and generate reports for missed calls and voicemails"
  7. Click Save Changes (optionally apply across all team members)

Filtering Contacts in HubSpot

  1. Open your Contacts tab
  2. Select Advanced filters
  3. Search for the Last Missed Call (JC) property
  4. Choose your condition:
    • is between for date range selection
    • is before/is after for specific cutoffs
    • is known to see all contacts with missed calls
  5. Enter dates using the calendar picker
  6. Click Apply filter
