Track Time Spent with Your HubSpot Contacts Over SMS

Overview

The HubSpot and JustCall integration enables teams to monitor SMS communications with HubSpot contacts, providing aggregated data and real-time message updates. This feature supports performance monitoring, actionable insights, and workflow automation based on message history.

Feature Requirements:

  • Pro plan or higher
  • JustCall Web Portal (configuration not available on mobile/desktop apps)

Enabling Contact Analytics Over SMS

Follow these steps in the JustCall Web Portal:

  1. Navigate to Integrations from the Dashboard left menu
  2. Go to My Active Integrations tab and locate HubSpot
  3. Click the Configure button on the HubSpot integration box
  4. Access the HubSpot Integration Settings page
  5. Expand the Advanced Settings section
  6. Toggle on: "Track time spent with your customers over messages"
  7. Click Save Changes at the bottom
  8. Optionally apply settings across all team members via checkbox

Once activated, JustCall automatically creates and updates designated fields in your HubSpot Contacts module.
