Track Time Spent with Your HubSpot Contacts Over SMS
Overview
The HubSpot and JustCall integration enables teams to monitor SMS communications with HubSpot contacts, providing aggregated data and real-time message updates. This feature supports performance monitoring, actionable insights, and workflow automation based on message history.
Feature Requirements:
- Pro plan or higher
- JustCall Web Portal (configuration not available on mobile/desktop apps)
Enabling Contact Analytics Over SMS
Follow these steps in the JustCall Web Portal:
- Navigate to Integrations from the Dashboard left menu
- Go to My Active Integrations tab and locate HubSpot
- Click the Configure button on the HubSpot integration box
- Access the HubSpot Integration Settings page
- Expand the Advanced Settings section
- Toggle on: "Track time spent with your customers over messages"
- Click Save Changes at the bottom
- Optionally apply settings across all team members via checkbox
Once activated, JustCall automatically creates and updates designated fields in your HubSpot Contacts module.
