Candidate sync
All candidates from Greenhouse sync into JustCall for easy access. During a call, click the contact badge to open the candidate's Greenhouse profile directly.

Call and text candidates from inside Greenhouse without switching screens. Install the JustCall Chrome extension to enable click-to-call buttons next to phone numbers. Keep the extension pinned and active to receive incoming calls in your browser.
Automatic call logging
Every interaction is logged as a Note on the candidate's Greenhouse record. The integration logs:
- Incoming, outgoing, and missed calls
- Voicemails
- SMS messages
Each log entry includes:

Good to know
- Call notes appear as links in Greenhouse rather than embedded content.
- Candidate phone numbers must be stored in the Home, Work, or Mobile fields in Greenhouse for sync to work. Numbers in other fields are not picked up.
