Log Your Scheduled Calls in Pipedrive

Overview

This JustCall-Pipedrive integration feature enables automatic logging of scheduled calls as activities in Pipedrive. Whether calls are scheduled via the JustCall dialer or the manual call scheduler, they will be recorded in your Pipedrive account.

Steps to Enable This Feature

1. Access Integration Settings

   • Navigate to the integration section of your JustCall account

2. Configure Pipedrive Integration

   • Click the configure option next to the Pipedrive integration

3. Enable Activity Creation

   • Locate the general settings tab
   • Find and toggle on the setting labeled "Create activities for scheduled calls"

4. Save Your Changes

   • Click the "Save changes" button located at the bottom right of the page to apply the setting

Result

Once enabled, all future scheduled calls will automatically appear as activities within your Pipedrive system.
