Connect JustCall to Monday.com.com.com

Overview

The integration between monday.com and JustCall enables seamless calling and messaging directly from monday.com. All communication activities are automatically logged to your boards for unified interaction tracking.

Prerequisites

  • Active monday.com account
  • Compatible monday.com products: Sales CRM, Service, Work Management, or Dev
  • JustCall account with Account Owner access
  • Admin permissions on monday.com

Integration Steps

Step 1: Install JustCall App

  1. Log into your JustCall account
  2. Navigate to Integrations section in the sidebar
  3. Search for monday.com and select Integrate
  4. You'll be redirected to monday.com
  5. Log in if needed and click Install

Note: User must be an Account Owner in JustCall and an admin on monday.com.

Step 2: Configure JustCall Boards

You need three boards:

  • One for Calls
  • One for SMS
  • One for Contacts (with phone number column)

Adding Boards:

  1. Open your workspace
  2. Click 'Add' then 'Choose from templates'
  3. Search for and add 'JustCall Boards'

Connecting Boards:

  1. Open the JustCall Calls board
  2. Scroll to 'Contact' column and click the first row cell
  3. Select 'Select boards'
  4. Choose your contacts board
  5. Enable 'Create a two-way connection'
  6. Click 'Connect boards'
  7. Repeat for SMS board

Once connected, you can mirror columns between boards to reflect shared information.

Step 3: Configure Automation Recipes

Three recipes sync your data:

  1. Contact Sync Recipe – Syncs existing contacts (name, email, phone number)
  2. Call Sync Recipe – Logs all calls made and received
  3. SMS Sync Recipe – Logs all messages sent and received

Note: You must be logged in on JustCall before enabling any recipes.

Adding JustCall to Additional Workspaces

  1. Click profile icon then Administration
  2. Select Apps from left navigation
  3. Find JustCall in installed apps
  4. Click three-dot menu then Permissions
  5. Under Specific Workspaces, select additional workspaces
  6. Click Save

The app will now be available without reinstallation.
