Use JustCall with the Copper Chrome extension in Gmail

The Copper Chrome extension adds a sidebar to Gmail that surfaces contact details from your Copper CRM. With JustCall connected, you can call and text those contacts without leaving your inbox.
Available on: Team plan or higher
What you can do

| View contact details | When you open an email from a Copper contact, their profile appears in the Gmail sidebar automatically. |
| Make calls | Click the call button in the sidebar to dial through JustCall. |
| Send texts | Send an SMS directly from the Gmail sidebar. |
| Log activities | Calls and messages are logged to Copper without leaving Gmail. |
Install the extension
- Open the Copper Chrome extension page in the Chrome Web Store.
- Click Add to Chrome and confirm the installation.
- Open Gmail. The Copper sidebar appears on the right.
Make sure your Copper-JustCall integration is already connected. If not, follow the Copper setup guide first.
