Check call logs synced to Copper

After connecting Copper to JustCall, you can verify that every call is reaching your CRM. Integration logs show the sync status for each call and link directly to the Copper record.
Available on: Team plan or higher
View integration logs for a call
- Go to Call Logs in JustCall.
- Click the call you want to review. The call information panel opens on the right.
- Click Integration logs to expand the Copper log details.
A successful log includes a direct link to the record in Copper. Click it to jump straight to the logged activity.
Troubleshoot missing logs
If no integration log appears, an error message explains the cause. Common reasons:
- The Copper integration is disconnected or the authorization has expired.
- The contact does not exist in Copper.
- API access is not enabled on your Copper plan.
Reconnect from Integrations > My Active Integrations and check that your Copper plan supports Developer API access.
