Overview
JustCall integrates with HighLevel to streamline your communication and CRM workflows by syncing data, logging calls and messages, and providing AI-enhanced activity tracking.
Data Synchronization
Contacts are synced between platforms, specifically the phone field. Numbers transfer exactly as they appear in HighLevel -- with country codes if present, without them if absent. Formatting characters like spaces, brackets, and hyphens are removed, though leading zeros are preserved.
Call & SMS Logging
Both calls and SMS messages log against Contacts in HighLevel.
Outbound Call Logic
The system checks Workflow Settings and Connected Numbers first, then:
- Searches the Contacts section for the number
- If found -> logs as Task or Note (per settings)
- If not found:
- Create New Contact enabled -> creates contact and logs call
- Create New Contact disabled -> no logging or contact creation
Inbound Call Logic
Follows the same matching process:
- Matches number against Contacts
- If matched -> logs per settings
- If unmatched and Create New Contact enabled -> contact created after call ends, then logged
SMS Logging (Outbound & Inbound)
SMS creates Notes only (Tasks unsupported). The same matching logic applies -- if no match exists and auto-creation is enabled, a contact is created after the message sends.
Automatic Contact Creation
- Calls: Contact created after call completion when enabled
- SMS: Contact created after message transmission when enabled
Dialer Support
HighLevel lacks a native dialer but JustCall provides Click-to-Call (C2C) and Click-to-Text (C2T) icons for direct calling and texting.
AI Logging
JustCall AI logs conversation data approximately 20 minutes post-call, including:
- Transcription links
- Call summaries with action items
- Analysis metrics (moments, scope, interactivity, sentiment)
