Back up JustCall recordings to Google Drive
Automatically save every call recording from JustCall to a Google Drive folder. This keeps your recordings centralized for training, compliance, and reference. The integration runs through Zapier.
Available on: Team plan or higher
Before you start
- You need an active JustCall account, a Google Drive account, and a Zapier account.
Set up the Zap
- Open the JustCall + Google Drive Zap template in Zapier. JustCall is pre-selected as the trigger app and Google Drive as the action app.
- Confirm the trigger event is set to Call Ended.
- Confirm the action event is set to Upload File.
- Authenticate both your JustCall and Google Drive accounts.
- Select the Google Drive folder where recordings should be saved.
- Test the Zap to confirm recordings transfer correctly.
- Turn on the Zap.
Connect JustCall to Zapier
If you have not connected JustCall to Zapier before:
- Log in to your Zapier account.
- Visit the JustCall page on Zapier.
- Authenticate with your JustCall credentials.
- Build automations using pre-made Zap templates or the Zap Editor. No coding is required.
How it works
When a call ends in JustCall, Zapier uploads the recording file to your designated Google Drive folder. Every recording is stored automatically with no manual steps required.
