Back up JustCall recordings to Google Drive

Automatically save every call recording from JustCall to a Google Drive folder. This keeps your recordings centralized for training, compliance, and reference. The integration runs through Zapier.

Available on: Team plan or higher


Before you start

  • You need an active JustCall account, a Google Drive account, and a Zapier account.

Set up the Zap

  1. Open the JustCall + Google Drive Zap template in Zapier. JustCall is pre-selected as the trigger app and Google Drive as the action app.
  2. Confirm the trigger event is set to Call Ended.
  3. Confirm the action event is set to Upload File.
  4. Authenticate both your JustCall and Google Drive accounts.
  5. Select the Google Drive folder where recordings should be saved.
  6. Test the Zap to confirm recordings transfer correctly.
  7. Turn on the Zap.

Connect JustCall to Zapier

If you have not connected JustCall to Zapier before:

  1. Log in to your Zapier account.
  2. Visit the JustCall page on Zapier.
  3. Authenticate with your JustCall credentials.
  4. Build automations using pre-made Zap templates or the Zap Editor. No coding is required.

How it works

When a call ends in JustCall, Zapier uploads the recording file to your designated Google Drive folder. Every recording is stored automatically with no manual steps required.
